The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a care home in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate leader to take full operational responsibility and drive excellence in care, compliance, and occupancy.
As Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. You will be responsible for meeting regulatory standards, achieving financial targets, and maintaining full occupancy. You will be a confident and collaborative leader, able to inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding care.
About You:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Home Manager who is:
- Experienced in managing a nursing home and leading multi-disciplinary care teams
- Knowledgeable of CQC standards with a proven track record of strong inspection outcomes
- A confident and empathetic leader who can motivate staff and foster a positive team culture
- Commercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets and drive occupancy
- Committed to delivering kind, compassionate, and person-centred care
- An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
- NMC registered (desirable but not essential)
