We're now looking for a EU Planning Administrator
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Manage reporting and administrative tasks within the team to allow the Planners to focus on developing and improving the Plans.
- To collect, analyse and present accurate data to the Planners to assist with their decision making in order to create the most optimal Plans.
- Implement tools to streamline repetitive work to reduce the need for double or manual working
- Ensure a smooth operation and co-ordination between the direct team and Customer by ensuring data is distributed regularly and on time.
- Monitor shared inbox and reply or distribute action where needed / General housekeeping
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to learn, develop and progress within the business.
