Your Responsibilities
As an Events Assistant, you will:
- Customer & Event Support: Welcome event attendees warmly, handle inquiries efficiently, and ensure exceptional visitor experiences at every touchpoint.
- Daily Event Operations Exposure: Support day-to-day campaign setups, helping prepare event spaces, manage floor logistics, and maintain high visual standards.
- Performance & Goal Tracking: Work towards individual and team promotional targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Systems & Record Keeping: Assist with basic event reporting, maintaining accurate attendee logs and campaign details using internal systems.
- Cross-Functional Support: Rotate through key event functions (e.g., Brand Engagement, Event Setup/Logistics, and Campaign Admin) to build a well-rounded understanding of the organization.
- Process Improvement: Participate in team catch-ups, proposing practical, creative solutions to improve event workflows and customer engagement.
- Personal & Professional Development: Attend structured event management workshops, skill-building sessions, and team coaching to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities.
