We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help create exceptional experiences for our customers. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will drive our company van to different locations in the north of the country and help prepare and run our Comfort Experience Events, support our Comfort Specialists, keep everything organised behind the scenes and ensure every customer receives a warm and professional experience.

What you'll be doing
As our Sales Assistant, you will:
- Help set up and pack down our Comfort Experience Events
- Prepare refreshments and create a welcoming environment for customers
- Keep our company vehicles clean, organised and stocked with everything needed for events
- Prepare brochures, samples and customer information packs
- Update customer records using our CRM system
- Support our sales team with administration and event preparation
- Assist with basic customer enquiries and product information (full training provided)
- Build positive relationships with customers and scheme managers
- Carry out weekly vehicle checks
What we are looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and enjoys helping people
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Proactive and willing to get stuck in wherever needed
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or sales support would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. We'll provide full training.
What you will receive
We will provide you with:
· 25 days of annual leave, plus your birthday, plus bank holidays
· Basic salary of £23k plus commission – OTE £35k to £40k
