Global Reward Analyst

As a Global Reward Analyst, you'll support the delivery and continuous improvement of reward programmes across Merlin. Working closely with People teams and business leaders, you'll provide data-driven insights, manage key reward processes, and help ensure fair, consistent and informed reward decisions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Support global salary benchmarking activities, ensuring accurate, high-quality data submissions and collaborating with teams across the business.

Lead the job evaluation process, including training stakeholders, facilitating evaluation panels and maintaining consistency in role assessments.

Support the development and ongoing maintenance of Merlin's job architecture, including annual reviews and the introduction of new roles.

Manage reward team purchase orders and invoicing, ensuring accurate tracking and timely resolution of queries.

Support global mobility activities, including compensation data management and cost recharge processes.

Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple regions through data analysis, reporting and process updates.

Support the development, testing and continuous improvement of reward tools and processes, partnering with Senior Reward Business Partners on implementation.

Help administer annual reward cycles, including pay reviews and bonus processes, acting as a key contact for system and spreadsheet queries.

Partner with the People Data team to maintain accurate reward data and job architecture records.

Provide reward administration support across incentive plans, bonus communications, total reward statements and other reward programmes.
