Level 4 Beauty Therapist
Sculpt & Glow Clinic | Brentwood
£15 per hour | 2 days per week + up to 1 Saturday per month
Sculpt & Glow is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Level 4 Beauty Therapist to join our small, friendly team in our beautiful Brentwood clinic.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to become a genuine part of a growing clinic; not simply come in, complete their treatments and go home.
The role
You’ll be delivering high-quality treatments and creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
As a small team, we all get involved in making the clinic run beautifully. That means there will be times when you’re supporting front of house, answering a client enquiry, helping with the diary, preparing treatment rooms, making a client a drink or helping with cleaning and closing the clinic at the end of the day.
There is very much a “we all muck in” culture at Sculpt & Glow, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in the whole client experience, not just what happens inside their treatment room.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification
- Is confident, professional and brilliant with clients
- Has excellent treatment and consultation standards
- Is warm, personable and genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients
- Takes pride in cleanliness, presentation and maintaining exceptional clinic standards
- Is proactive and happy to help wherever needed
- Wants to continue learning and developing
- Is reliable and comfortable working as part of a very small team
- Is ideally available Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Is able to work up to one Saturday per month
Experience in advanced facials/skin treatments and/or laser would be a fantastic bonus, although not essential for the right person.
Hours & pay
2 days per week (Wednesday & Thursday preferred)
Plus up to one Saturday per month
£15 per hour
There may also be opportunities for the role to develop as the clinic continues to grow.
