This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of sites, including prestigious formal estates, private gardens, residential properties, and commercial landscapes. Key Responsibilities
Planting, pruning, weeding, watering, and general plant care.
Lawn maintenance, hedge cutting, border edging, and seasonal garden maintenance.
Grounds maintenance across private, residential, and commercial properties.
Assisting with the design, development, and installation of new landscaping and garden features.
Maintaining the health, appearance, and long-term vitality of plants, trees, and shrubs.
Safe operation and routine maintenance of gardening machinery, tools, and equipment.
Working alongside experienced horticultural professionals to continually develop your skills and knowledge.
About You
RHS Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum.
PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates are desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of work.
Positive, proactive, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors throughout the year.
Full UK driving licence.
