The Role
We are seeking a high-calibre, dual-role professional to join our premier dental practice in the heart of Stockton Heath. This is a pivotal position that bridges the gap between clinical excellence and patient experience. You will be the face of our digital presence and the primary guide for patients embarking on transformative dental journeys.

- On-Site Filming: Capture high-quality video content, including "behind the scenes" footage, educational clips, and clinical treatments.
- Patient Testimonials: Manage the process of capturing and editing authentic patient stories and "smile reveals" to build social proof.
- Community Engagement: Manage all digital interactions, responding to comments and DMs with a professional yet personable tone.
1. Treatment Coordination (TCO)
- Lead Management: Act as the first point of contact for all cosmetic and restorative sales enquiries.
- Consultation: Conduct face-to-face consultations to discuss treatment options, and present finance plans.
- Patient Journey: Ensure a seamless transition from the initial enquiry to the start of clinical treatment, maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Sales Targets: Work proactively to meet practice KPIs and growth objectives.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of creative flair and commercial acumen. You must be comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
Essential Requirements:
- Sales Experience: A proven track record in high-value sales, ideally within a healthcare, aesthetic, or luxury retail environment. (Dental knowledge not required as training provided)
- Face-to-Face Expertise: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with patients.

Personal Attributes:
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy diary and multi-task effectively.
- A "people person" who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
- A keen eye for aesthetic detail and storytelling.
