Food Packing Operative
Location: Oldland Common, Bristol (BS30)
Pay: £12.71 per hour (Rising up to £14.00 per hour with training and service)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00am – finish (approx. 16:30pm)
Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting Food Packing Operatives to join a busy, well-established food production site based in Oldland Common, Bristol.
No previous experience is required for this role, as full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for consistent, long-term work with a reliable, permanent career path.
Crucial Environment Note: This role is based within an abattoir environment. You must be completely comfortable working around raw meat products in a fast-paced, chilled setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Packing and sorting meat products safely to company standards.
* Labelling packages and preparing items securely for dispatch.
* Assisting with heavy lifting and moving stock around the factory floor.
* Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe workstation.
* Following all health, safety, food hygiene, and site regulations.
* Standing for long periods in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* No experience needed - full training, support, and progression are provided!
* Comfortable working within an active abattoir and chilled environment.
* Physically fit and capable of managing heavy manual handling tasks.
* Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong team work ethic.
* Own transport is required due to the site location and 6:00am start.
