Maintenance Operative - State of the Art Offices - Exeter, Devon

My client is recruiting for a maintenance Handyman / woman to join a team of maintenance technicians to maintain the day to day operations throughout this state of the art commercial property in Exeter. The site team are award winning - with a positive one team approach.
Key Duties Include:
- Undertake a full range of general maintenance tasks, not limiting to minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, ensuring service levels are met and to maintain the fabric of the building is at a high standard.
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract facilities co-ordinator.
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- Ensure that all reactive tasks logged are carried out to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- The Handypersons will be required to carry out all moves and changes that the client requires.
Salary & Package:
- £28,000.00 Per Annum
- Monday to Friday
- 07:30 - 16:30
- 25 Days Annual Leave
