PRY Construction Ltd is a growing construction company based in Exeter, Devon, specialising in residential construction and renovation projects.
We are looking for an experienced Self-Employed Multi-Skilled Builder / Multi-Trader to work with our team on a long-term basis.
About the role
You will work on a variety of residential projects, including:
* Landscaping and paving
* House extensions
* Full and partial house renovations
* Kitchen installations and renovations
* Groundworks and concrete works
* Brickwork and blockwork
* Plasterboarding and general building works
* Flooring and finishing works
* General property refurbishment
We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in residential construction
* Strong multi-trade building skills
* Must be self-employed
* Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
* Ability to read drawings and follow project requirements
* High attention to detail and good quality of workmanship
* Reliable, punctual and professional
* Good communication skills
* Having your own vehicle and a driving licence is preferred for convenience of travelling between sites
* CSCS card is preferred
