Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, with participation in a paid on-call rota)

You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our care service while helping to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care.
About the Role
Working alongside the Registered Manager, Care Coordinators and the wider office team, you'll provide administrative and HR support across all areas of the business.Your duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients, families, carers and healthcare professionals.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the office.
- Assisting with recruitment by advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and carrying out pre-employment checks.
- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, new starter packs and onboarding documentation.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring all personnel files remain up to date.
- Monitoring annual leave, sickness, probation reviews and staff training records.
- Supporting employee inductions and coordinating mandatory training.
- Assisting managers with HR administration, including return-to-work documentation, performance review paperwork, disciplinary and grievance administration, and general employee correspondence.
- Helping ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and CQC requirements by maintaining accurate staff documentation.
- Supporting the recruitment and retention of care staff to help maintain a high-quality workforce.
- Preparing reports, letters and meeting documentation.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining office systems.
- Providing administrative support to the management team.
- Helping ensure the office runs efficiently to support our care teams and clients.
Paid On-Call
As part of this role, you'll participate in our on-call rota, providing telephone support to carers and clients outside normal office hours when required.Full training will be provided, and all on-call duties are paid in addition to your annual salary.
