As a Health Care Support Worker (Bank), you’ll be joining Primroses Care at a very exciting time as we embark on our next stage of growth. You’ll be a part of our fast expanding company, develop a wide variety of transferrable skills and have a clear progression path from day one.
*Please note that this is a Bank role (as and when required)(A full-time or part-time opportunity might be available in the future for the right candidate)*
What you’ll do
In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:
- supporting individuals with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene etc)
- supporting with administering medication
- helping to maintain the home through domestic tasks (cleaning, laundry, etc)
- assisting with meal preparation
- accompanying individuals on day trips in the community and outings further a field
- engaging in activities and supportive conversations with individuals
- completing light admin tasks when required
Who we’re looking for
Essential:
- Right to work in the UK
- Local to East London (Romford, Dagenham, East Ham, Woodford etc)
Desirable:
- Have 1 years + experience in a carer role (or equivalent role)
- Have a background and/or studying in care related fields (nursing etc)
