We are looking for an additional team member to join our workforce team.
About you
We want people with the right attitude, who share our values and purpose and will fit into our team and enhance it even more, but of course you need some technical skills and knowledge too.
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment and responding to customers is essential along with experience of working with sensitive and confidential information and the ability to prioritise tasks and work towards defined deadlines.
The role will suit someone who has completed or is currently studying for their CIPD or is looking to take the next step in their HR career and begin working towards their CIPD qualification.
About the role
As our Human Resources Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our workforce. This is a varied and impactful role where you will provide expert advice, practical solutions, and leadership across all areas of workforce management.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional HR advice and support across the organisation

Lead on employee relations issues, including absence, conduct, capability, and grievance

Ensure HR policies and processes are compliant, effective, and aligned to organisational goals

Work with managers on organisational change, including restructures and service developments

Build strong relationships with managers, staff, and external partners

Promote a culture that is positive, engaged, and adaptable to change
