Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caretaker/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall upkeep of our facilities. Duties
- Perform comprehensive commercial cleaning duties across various areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure all surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
- Maintain cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the relevant department for swift resolution.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in professional cleaning environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes.
- Prior experience in a similar caretaker or custodial position will be considered an asset.
