A Customer Service Advisor is required to join a professional car & van rental company operating throughout the South East. We currently have 14 branches running over 1,500 vehicles. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company. This role will be working on our front desk at our branch in Camberley.
Principal Duties
· To greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
· To provide a high-quality rental service, to meet customer requirements and to promote the Company’s services and products to all potential customers.
· Handle all telephone and face to face enquires.
· Perform vehicle handover to customers informing them of all relevant information.
· To deal with all the administrative tasks required of role professionally.
· Occasionally collect and deliver vehicles to customers/other sites/dealerships.
· You will devote the whole of your time, attention & ability to your duties, work diligently & promote the interests of the Company.
What We’re Looking For:
- A reliable, positive individual with a strong work ethic.
- Must have an excellent understanding of Written and Verbal English
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- Ability to build rapport with customers / other staff and to understand their vehicle hire needs.
- Ability to multitask with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player and have excellent team building, management and relationship skills
- Prior customer service experience
- A full UK driving licence
(No previous automotive experience? No problem — full training will be provided.)

· Sunday: Off
