This Is Not Just Another Reception Job.
At Sensus Health & Wellness, we're building one of London's leading health and wellness clinics. We believe exceptional client care begins with exceptional people.
We're looking for someone who doesn't simply want a job—they want to build a career, make an impact, and become an invaluable member of a high-performing team.
This role is demanding, fast-paced and incredibly rewarding. You'll be expected to think ahead, solve problems, communicate confidently, and consistently deliver an outstanding experience for every client.
If you're someone who takes pride in excellence, loves helping people, thrives on responsibility, and wants to continuously grow, we'd love to hear from you.
Who We Are Looking For
We have extremely high standards because our clients deserve exceptional care.
We're looking for someone who:
- Naturally takes ownership and responsibility without needing to be managed.
- Holds themselves to exceptionally high personal and professional standards.
- Is emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and able to build genuine relationships with people from all walks of life.
- Has outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Is proactive, resourceful and always looks for solutions rather than problems.
- Communicates confidently, professionally and compassionately.
- Learns quickly and enjoys being challenged.
- Wants continuous personal and professional development.
- Enjoys working towards ambitious goals and understands that outstanding service drives business success.
- Is commercially aware and comfortable discussing recommendations that genuinely benefit clients.
- Values honesty, integrity, accountability and teamwork above everything else.
- Wants to be part of something bigger than themselves and contribute to a growing business.

- Building strong relationships with clients and supporting them throughout their healthcare journey.
- Confidently handling enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Supporting client retention through exceptional service and communication.
- Working closely with the clinical team to maintain outstanding standards.
- Maintaining an organised, efficient and professional clinic environment.

- You prefer to be told exactly what to do rather than taking initiative.
- You dislike change or adapting to new systems.
- You're uncomfortable working towards goals or being accountable for results.
- You see learning as optional rather than essential.
