Key Responsibilities

Requirements
No previous management experience is required for this trainee position. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate leadership potential, strong communication skills, reliability and a willingness to learn.

The role is suitable for graduates, career starters and candidates with transferable experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administration, marketing, events or operations.
Experience
Previous experience in relevant management, customer-facing, administrative, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, operations, team coordination, or related roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
