The MHST Senior Administrator is responsible for the professional and efficient management of administrative services across the Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs), ensuring effective operational support to frontline services. The post holder will provide leadership and line management to administrative staff, support performance reporting, estates and facilities functions, and contribute to service improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

Main Responsibilities
Lead and manage the administrative function across the MHST services, ensuring effective administrative systems, processes and operational support are in place.
Provide line management, recruitment, induction, supervision, appraisal and ongoing development of administrative staff across the three boroughs.
Support clinical systems, data quality, performance reporting and information management processes, ensuring accurate data recording, reporting and compliance with information governance requirements.
Drive service improvement, governance and operational projects through the development of efficient systems, processes and working practices that support service delivery and performance.
Coordinate estates, facilities, procurement and administrative resources, ensuring services operate safely, effectively and in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues to support the delivery of high-quality services and positive outcomes for children, young people and families.
