Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our beautiful, thriving Hove store – a position that has only become available twice in the last 14 years.
We're looking for a talented and motivated Store Manager to head up our brilliant team and help drive our continued success. You'll be confident across all areas of floristry, from stunning hand-tied bouquets and corporate contracts to weddings, events, and funeral tributes.
Most importantly, you'll love what you do and inspire those around you to do the same.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy shop, leading by example and creating an inspiring environment for both customers and colleagues.

Salary from £30,000+, with flexibility for exceptional candidates depending on experience, leadership background, floristry expertise and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and creating beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements in line with our brand style
- Managing and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Supporting staff development and maintaining excellent communication across the business
- Ensuring the shop is beautifully presented and operates to the highest standards
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of events
- Driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance
- Creating a positive, supportive, and enjoyable workplace culture
Requirements
- At least 3 years' retail floristry experience
- Strong skills in hand-tied bouquets, weddings, events, funerals, and table arrangements
- A genuine passion for flowers, design, and creativity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, hands-on leadership style
- High standards and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to stay calm, organised, and focused in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a strong work ethic
- A commercial mindset with a focus on performance and store success
- Weekend availability
- Full driving licence
