Make a Real Difference – Every Single Day
At Every Little Thing, we believe the best support comes from genuine patience and understanding.
We provide one-to-one mental health and community support to adults across Hastings and Rother, helping people rebuild confidence, regain independence and reconnect with their community.
This isn't about rushing from person to person or completing a list of tasks. It's about taking the time to get to know people, supporting them to achieve their own goals, and making a lasting difference to their lives.
If you're looking for a role where what you do genuinely matters, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
We're looking for a compassionate, reliable male Mental Health & Community Support Worker to join our growing team.

You'll need:
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- A caring, compassionate and person-centred approach
- Good professional boundaries

Experience within mental health or support work is always welcome, but it's not essential, we're just as interested in your values, attitude and willingness to learn. We provide training and ongoing support - we're looking for people who genuinely care about helping others.
What You'll Receive
- £12.80–£14.00 per hour
- Pay increases following a successful probation period and annual appraisal
- Paid travel time at your normal hourly rate

- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
- Regular supervision and wellbeing check-ins
- A friendly, supportive team that genuinely looks after one another
Why Every Little Thing?
We're a small, passionate team that believes support should always be personal.
We don't see our clients as "packages" or "visits". We build meaningful relationships, celebrate every achievement - no matter how small - and work alongside people to help them create happier, healthier and more independent lives.
If that sounds like the kind of organisation you'd like to be part of, we'd love to hear from you.
