Little Flowers Nursery is looking for a warm, dedicated and inspiring Practitioner to join our Baby Room team. This full‑time role (40 hours per week) is perfect for someone who loves creating nurturing spaces where babies feel safe, valued and ready to explore the world.
You’ll act with kindness and confidence, planning meaningful experiences, maintaining a calm and organised environment, and ensuring every child receives the highest standard of care.
You will:
- Champion safeguarding and children’s wellbeing.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families.
- Plan and observe using reflective practice.
- Keep the room safe, clean and inviting.
- Bring creativity, joy and curiosity into daily routines.
You bring:
- A Level 3 qualification and at least one years’ experience.
- A nurturing approach and a passion for early childhood.
- Strong communication skills.
- A commitment to inclusive, child‑centred practice.
