40 hours per week | 6:30am – 4pm (Mon-Fri, no weekends)
Salary - £30,000 – £35,000 DOE

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Depot Supervisor to help lead our busy Distribution Centre and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the warehouse team, maintaining high operational standards and ensuring customer orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and support the Warehouse Manager.
- Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure customer orders are picked, checked and dispatched accurately.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of deliveries, ensuring safe handling of furniture.
- Monitor stock accuracy and assist with stock counts and inventory control.
- Allocate workloads and manage priorities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed and promote a safe working environment.
- Train and support new and existing team members.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service.
The Person
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role.
- Experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures.
