Quickmach Engineering is a leading sub-contract manufacturer with 75+ skilled employees. We specialise in producing intricate precision-machined components for the Aerospace, Medical, and Oil & Gas industries.
We're seeking dedicated, time-served CNC Machinists to join our growing teams in Milling, Turning, and Mill-Turning!
Working Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 15:45-01:15
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set and operate CNC machines, producing precision components for the Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Medical sectors.
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Obtain first-off inspections to ensure RFT targets are met
- Self-inspection of produced components
- Complete route and batch paperwork relating to components
Requirements:
- Qualified and fully skilled engineer
- Experience producing first-offs to drawing an specifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Full understanding of technical engineering drawings
- Experience in producing batch work and one-off components
- Experience in online programming is desirable.
