Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of hospitality and attentiveness
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the kitchen team to ensure quality and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times, including proper handling and storage of food items
- Support barista duties by preparing coffee and specialty beverages with care and precision when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively setting
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety regulations is advantageous
- Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus
