Hove Learning Federation is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced HLTA to join our friendly and supportive team working 5 days per week from 8.00 am until 4.30 pm to cover PPA, absence and other teaching duties. This post is based at our Portland Road and School Road sites.
An HLTA qualification or equivalent experience of covering lessons across Key Stage 1 and 2 is required for this role.
Paid weeks per year: 47.36 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Fixed term: Until 31 August 2027
Start date: 1 September 2026

Employment under the Federated Board includes all locations/sites where both schools operate. Under this contract, you may be asked to work across different locations under the Federated Board, either temporarily or permanently.
