Hello! We are a friendly and welcoming team looking for an HCPC accredited Clinical, Counselling or Practitioner Psychologist to join a new and exciting challenge with us!
Note: This role is based in our new clinic in Leeds.
You will be joining a small team of passionate psychologists. We are a team of dedicated and autonomous clinicians who are also devoted to making a safe space to work and grow and develop new ideas together.

Responsibilities
Clinical work: As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the wide range of individuals referred to our service including children, young people, adults, parents, couples and families. The difficulties experienced by those being referred to our team range from low mood, anxiety, work stress and friendship difficulties to challenges related to neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism and ADHD. There will be room to specialise in certain presentations if this is something of interest.
We are keen to ensure a balanced caseload where our team have time to sufficiently reflect and plan their sessions, so we will think carefully with you about your job plan before you start.
Outside of your clinical work: We will discuss your interests and what you would like to spend your time working on. Current members of the team have chosen to use this time to write articles, conduct research and contribute to the starting up of a new service.
Role details and benefits
Location: The role is based in Leeds. You may work remotely for up to one day per week.
Annual leave: 30 days per year (or NHS entitlement if more)
Hours: Full time – Note that due to a large percentage of demand for outside of work hours, some evening work will be a requirement of the role (two days a week 11am-7pm, 3 days a week 9am-5pm).
Alternatively, if you are looking for part time work, we can offer an associate role.
CPD and supervision: We are keen to support you with your professional development and are very happy to discuss options for further learning. You will be provided with regular supervision as part of this role.
Qualifications and Minimum criteria
You must be accredited with the HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist and based in the UK. We are unable to support sponsorship applications at this time.
You must have prior NHS experience as a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist if applying (this may be during training).
