We’re looking for an experienced Level 4 Laser Hair Removal Specialist to become part of our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective laser hair removal treatments using the Soprano laser system.
- Complete comprehensive consultations and patch tests before treatment.
- Create personalised treatment plans based on individual skin and hair types.
- Explain treatment expectations, risks and aftercare clearly to every client.
- Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey and adapt plans where necessary.
- Ensure all treatment records and consent forms are completed accurately.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and professionalism.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service and care.
- Promote treatment packages and complementary services where appropriate.
- Ensure laser equipment is used, maintained and stored in accordance with clinic protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Laser Hair Removal Specialist at Level 4 or equivalent advanced certification (essential)
- Strong knowledge of laser technology, skin anatomy, and contraindications for laser treatments. (essential)
- Previous experience performing laser hair removal treatments.
- Experience using Soprano Titanium, ICE Platinum or similar diode laser technology is advantageous.
- Professional, reliable and well-presented.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering excellent results and exceeding client expectations.
