We are recruiting to a part time reception posts with in the North team based in Lancaster and Morecombe
The post holder will work as a member of the Reception Team, meeting and greeting patients, booking patients onto Blithe/Lilie system in preparation for their appointment, booking appointments via the telephone line, assisting in the day to day running of the reception to maintain an effective and efficient office system. The post holder will be under the direction and management of the Administration Team Leader. Please see Job Description
Please note this role will not be eligible for sponsorship as it doesn't meet the minimum salary requirements for a skilled worker visa, therefore you must have appropriate right to work in the UK or your application will not be progressed to the next stage of Recruitment.
Face to face and telephone contact with members of the public will be undertaken and the checking of clinic registration forms to ensure they have been completed correctly.
