Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and private spaces according to established standards
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are spotless and well-maintained
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials as needed
- Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Respond promptly to guest or resident requests for additional services or assistance
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or damages to management
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests or residents
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling to accommodate part-time hours
