We are seeking a dynamic and professional Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our team. Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their aesthetic needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Conduct consultations to explain procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions in a clear and professional manner
- Develop customised treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage sales processes efficiently, including negotiation and closing deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communications
- Organise appointments, manage client records accurately using IT systems, and ensure timely scheduling of treatments
- Drive business growth through B2B sales initiatives and networking within the industry
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services via social media platforms and other channels
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the organisation's standards of hygiene and safety
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the aesthetic or beauty industry is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in IT systems for managing appointments, client records, and sales data
- Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients efficiently
- Ability to drive confidently between locations as required for client meetings or promotional events
- Good understanding of IT tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and social media management tools
- Strong organisational skills to plan daily activities strategically
