Birkin Group are seeking an enthusiastic person with good organising skills and relevant cleaning experience to join our team in the Hackney and Surrounding areas.
As a mobile supervisor/operative, you will work closely with the local management team to provide a planned and responsive service for our clients.
The successful candidate will required an Enhanced DBS.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 30 hours per week
- Availability required to work around both AM and PM shifts
Responsibilities:
- To carry out planned and responsive cleaning services
- Work to an agreed scope of work, ensuring standards are maintained
- To support the Account Manager with any other reasonable request.
- To accurately record and report site attendance to management
- To proactively identify and seek opportunities within projects for additional work and business growth.
- To report and manage stock levels and ensure all sites have the required equipment, chemicals, and PPE for each site as per the agreed scope of work.
- To complete regular digital auditing reports via iAuditor to ensure all work is signed-off and agreed to by the client on the same day of the works being completed.
- To complete weekly Tool Box Talks via iAuditor.
- To raise awareness of any risks and hazards on site reporting any near misses or concerns to your line manager in real time.
- To lock and unlock doors of client’s premises, where necessary.
- To identify any additional training needs and raise to your line manager.
- To promote a culture of team work and positive collaboration within all departments, in line with our Birkin DNA.
- To liaise with site staff, management, and stakeholders in a professional manner at all times.
- To bring forward suitable, practical working solutions to challenges on site and inform the line-manager where necessary for approval.
Essential:
- Willingness to travel around Hackney area.
- Valid UK Driving Licence
