In this role, you will lead business development initiatives, evaluate market opportunities, oversee strategic projects, and collaborate with senior leadership to expand the company's consulting services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise growth strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance assessments.
- Lead cross-functional projects that support organisational growth and operational excellence.
- Prepare business proposals, strategic reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, enterprise consulting, corporate strategy, or commercial management.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or business management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives while delivering measurable business results.

Pay: £60,000.00-£78,000.00 per year
