Responsibilities

- Support the organisation and tidiness of the worksite, including waste removal and equipment storage.
- Carry out general manual labour tasks such as mixing, lifting, and moving supplies or equipment.
- Operate basic tools and machinery following training and safety guidelines.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to minimise risks on site.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in manual labour or construction environments is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required.
