We are hotel group in Grasmere looking for applicants for an immediate start. This role is live out.
We now have a fantastic job role available to work within our senior team as Restaurant Manager on a full-time basis. Rate of pay is negotiable and depending on experience.
Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager
- Responsible for leading and managing your team
- Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Delivering a service to our guests with the highest of standards
- Ensure a good working knowledge of Menus. Be able to make recommendations and up-sell Food & Drink
- Checking and ordering of stock
- Allocation of duties to your team
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings as required.
- To be fully compliant with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Dealing with any complaints that may arise in a positive manner

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience working in a similar role with a senior role background. Experience working in a busy hotel environment is desirable, however not essential.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
