PM Shift Warehouse Operative - PERMANENT, FULL TIME POSITION

Premier Paper Group is the UK's largest independent paper merchant and we're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our afternoon shift team at Wellingborough.
This is a hands on role in a fast paced warehouse where you will work as part of a small team and be responsible for preparing customer orders, wrapping pallets and loading/unloading trailers.
This role involves regular manual handling, operating warehouse equipment and working on your feet throughout the shift. You'll need to be comfortable in a busy warehouse environment where safety and accuracy are essential. Full site and role training will be provided; a current FLT (counterbalance/Reach) licence is essential.

What you'll be doing
- Accurately picking customer orders using MHE.
- Wrapping pallets to a high standard.
- Loading trailers safely and efficiently.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintaining stock accuracy and good housekeeping standards.
- Working to productivity and accuracy targets.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures.
What we're looking for
- Counterbalance/Reach (essential)
- Flexi FLT licence (desirable).
- Previous warehouse experience.
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
Full training will be provided.
