Webbers Property Services has a vacancy for a “Senior Residential Sales advisor”, to join our team in our established County town Taunton office. Our office occupies a prominent location in the High Street, on 3 floors and in recent months has been the subject of an internal overhaul, close to central car parks and close to Vivary Park. This office handles the sale of a wide range of properties, modern, traditional town houses, family homes together with a strong Fine & Country business. In addition, we have built a small lettings department, which is now an integral part of the whole business.
The Job description
The successful candidate will essentially be a key member of our Residential sales department, ensuring that service standards and targets are met in all aspects of our sales business and associated referral partnerships. Our successful candidate should be enthusiastic, organised, and should also have wide ranging valuation experience as one of the main duties will be to carry out property valuations, concentrating on the residential town market. Other key duties will include:
- Preparing sales brochures with floor plans & sales photographs
- Excellent and effective client communication, face to face, written and verbal
- Comfortable using a modern CRM system and associated IT.
- Preparing and delivering client property performance reports
- Prepared to contribute actively to meetings and local marketing initiatives
- Comfortable using latest marketing tools such as social media and video
- Prepared to support lettings
- Reporting weekly/monthly performance stats to HO
- Being responsible for effective branch social media promotion

A successful Residential sales agent must demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and engagement in the business and be competitive! In today’s world of modern estate agency, be prepared to adopt new and innovative marketing methods, have an eye for detail, consistent and determined. Most of all we are people business and therefore a kind and caring nature.
It should be noted that we expect this role to develop into a residential management position.
The hours of work
This is a full-time position, hours of work will be 8.45 – 5.30pm with Saturday work on a rota basis.
Salary
There will be a Salary “range” that will be discussed at interview stage, this will alter depending on the experience/knowledge of the successful candidate.
