We’re looking for an experienced Artisan Baker who loves working with dough and has a passion for traditional breadmaking. You’ll be responsible for preparing and baking our full range of artisan loaves, including sourdough, rustic white, rye, baguettes and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Mix, shape and bake high-quality artisan breads daily
- Manage dough fermentation, proofing, and baking times
- Maintain consistency and quality across all products
- Keep the bakery clean, organised, and food-safe
- Support the team with general bakery duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience baking artisan or sourdough breads (essential)
- Confident with dough mixing, shaping, and fermentation techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and pride in your craft
- Food Hygiene certification is a bonus
