Front of House Team Member
Swim Central is excited to welcome a Front of House Team Member to our purpose-built, modern swim centre at Fulwood Central in Preston. We provide high-quality swimming lessons and activities for babies, children, teenagers, and adults.
We are looking for a friendly, professional, reliable, and committed individual who enjoys working with people and wants to deliver excellent customer service in a busy, family-friendly environment.
Your Role
As one of the first people our customers meet, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for everyone who visits Swim Central.
You’ll support customers with bookings, enquiries, and general information while helping the centre run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, friendly, and welcoming front of house service
- Greet and assist customers with care and attention
- Build positive relationships with members, guests, and colleagues
- Manage bookings, payments, and class information accurately
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support the daily operations of the centre
- Help maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and high standards of the facility
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Work effectively as part of the wider Swim Central team

Available Position
Part-Time – 22.75 Hours Per Week
- Monday: 11:45am – 9:00pm (8.75 hours)
- Tuesday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (5 hours)
- Wednesday: 11:45am – 9:00pm (8.75 hours)
