Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant team on a permanent basis. Duties
- Plan and deliver stimulating early childhood education activities tailored to the developmental needs of children
- Manage daily classroom routines, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children
- Lead and supervise a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support to promote best practices in childcare
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and development milestones
- Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments, adjusting activities accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and safeguarding policies and procedures
- Foster positive behavior management strategies that encourage respect, independence, and cooperation among children
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or nurseries
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience within childcare or educational environments
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in managing classroom activities and supervising staff effectively
- Ability to drive is preferred to support transportation needs or outreach activities related to the role

Pay: £26,000.00-£36,053.31 per year
