Responsibilities
- Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing.
- Sort, fold, and organize laundry items with precision to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
- Follow proper procedures for stain removal, fabric care, and sanitation to ensure longevity and cleanliness of all items.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with delivering clean linens to designated areas within the property promptly.
- Support other housekeeping or hospitality staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry services is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness.
- Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and follow safety protocols diligently.
- Excellent time management skills to meet daily processing deadlines.
