About Us
The Party Arch is Warrington’s exciting indoor inflatable and soft play centre, creating a fun, safe and memorable experience for children and their families. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and friendly Park Marshals to join our team and help deliver outstanding customer service every day.
The Role
As a Park Marshal, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests have a safe, enjoyable and positive experience while using our facilities. You’ll be interacting with children and families throughout the day, supervising play areas, maintaining cleanliness and supporting the wider team wherever needed.
No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to get involved!
Responsibilities
- Supervising inflatable and soft play areas to ensure safe play at all times.
- Enforcing park rules in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service to children, parents and visitors.
- Welcoming guests and helping them with any questions or queries.
- Assisting with birthday parties and special events.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the venue.
- Carrying out regular safety checks on equipment and reporting any concerns.
- Helping set up and tidy down activity areas.
- Supporting the café or reception team when required.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of each session.

- Able to stay calm and professional in busy environments.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and school holidays.
Desirable
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, leisure or childcare.
- First Aid qualification (training can be provided).
- Experience working with children is an advantage but not essential.
