Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery to enhance guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine customer engagement
- Prepare and serve beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, bar counters, and workstations
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest queries professionally, resolving issues promptly to uphold excellent guest service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders seamlessly
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash or POS systems
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility and willingness to learn new skills

Pay: £12.71-£12.90 per hour
