The Junior Implementation Executive role is an integral part of the Canopy team whereby we service our publishing and media agency partners. This position is responsible for supporting the execution of media campaigns on behalf of our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
· Execute Canopy Media’s Implementation function for those areas assigned to you. This involves:
o Supporting the Canopy Media Sales Team by responding to all requests for availability across Canopy Media’s portfolio of publishers
o Accurately entering all opportunities onto the Dynamics CMS Booking system, then shepherding them through the various stages from opportunity to booking and beyond
o Liaise with advertisers and their various agencies; publishers and their print sites; and/or anyone else involved in the advertising process to shepherd all booked opportunities through to fulfilment and payment
o Resolve issues and remove any roadblocks that might prevent the Implementation function operating at anything less than maximum efficiency
· Working across a large product range including inserts, classified, display and digital
· Delivering top-of-class client service
Requirements:
· Must be a self-starter who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly
· Strong administration and business communication skills
· Strong organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills, juggling multiple challenges and campaigns at any given time
· Highly organised and in control at all times, with seamless attention to detail
· A proactive, can-do attitude
· Fluent and confident in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
· Be an active and energetic member of the team looking to contribute at all times
· Develop a good knowledge of Canopy Media’s processes across those areas assigned to you, including a working knowledge of Dynamics
· A confident individual is critical for the success in this position
