We are looking for a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to provide smart meter installations within domestic premises and to provide a first-class service.
Options:
- Salary Option: .£43,000 pa rising to £45,000 on successful completion of 3 month probation33 days holiday inc bank hols, van, fuel card, tools and uniform provided.
- Guaranteed Day Rate Option 1: £200 per day, van, fuel card, tools and uniform provided.
- Guaranteed Day Rate Option 2: £275 per day. Engineer supplies own van and pays for fuel, tools and uniform provided.
Bonus for whether you choose Salary or a Guaranteed Day Rate:
- £150 per month Attendance bonus available.
- £150 per month for achieving 75% completion rate on jobs
Call Out
- Call out 1 week in 4. £10 per day standby Mon-Fri. £45 per day Sat & Sun.
- Price per job on call: Dual - £150. Single - £80. Wind on - £50.
- In day work on a Saturday available at £200 per day flat rate (if on call. Standby will not be paid)
The Engineer:
- Previous Dual Fuel Metering experience, a minimum of 24 months.
- Hold current smart metering qualifications on CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 or the equivalent.
- Have previous MOCOPA experience, ideally with EUSR registration.
- Manage own stock levels.
- Work closely with Management to ensure that KPIs are met.
- Excellent communication skills to provide customers with a first-class service and support.
- Ability to plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Hold a current full UK driving licence.
- All offers of employment are subject to a DBS check.
- IT literate.
- Recommend a friend scheme of up £500 per referral.

You will be paid on a weekly basis, 2 weeks in arrears. Bonus is paid 1 month in arrears.
With a Day Rate Option, you will be paid PAYE via Umbrella Company (from our PSL).
