Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and clarity
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, maintaining proper food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent guest services throughout their visit
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills
- Basic math skills for handling bills, cash transactions, and inventory counts
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
