North Oxford Garage is looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy team.
As the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, you will ensure every customer receives a professional, friendly and efficient service throughout their vehicle's visit.

Welcome customers and discuss their servicing and repair requirements

Book vehicles into the workshop and coordinate appointments

Provide clear updates on work, costs and completion times

Prepare accurate estimates, invoices and other service documentation

Liaise closely with technicians, parts colleagues and other departments

Explain any additional work identified and obtain customer authorisation

Promote relevant products and services in a helpful, customer-focused way

Handle enquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

Help the department achieve its customer satisfaction and commercial targets
You will be a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers and working as part of a busy team. You should be able to manage several priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role would be an advantage. However, we would also welcome applications from candidates with strong customer service experience and an interest in the motor industry.

A full UK driving licence

Monday to Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm

Contracted hours: 47.5 hours per week

Saturdays: 8:00am-1:00pm on a rota, approximately one in four

Basic salary: £32,653 per annum

On-target earnings: £44,653 per annum
