Paragon Logistics is looking for dependable and motivated multi-drop delivery drivers to join our expanding team operating from our Central London depot.
We're offering reliable weekday work, competitive earnings, and the opportunity to become part of a fast-growing logistics business with ongoing work available throughout the year.
Earnings
- £180 per day
- Additional £1 per stop for every delivery completed above 86 stops
- Paid weekly every Friday (payments made two weeks in arrears)
- Extra shifts available for drivers who want to increase their weekly earnings
Vehicle Options
You can either:
- Use one of our fully insured company vans (£225 per week rental), or
- Deliver using your own Medium or Long Wheel Base High Roof van
Drivers are responsible for fuel costs.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am start
- Collection from our depot in SE1
- Typical workload of approximately 85–90 deliveries per day
Delivery Area
Routes are primarily within Central London, covering areas such as:
- Westminster
- Victoria
- Belgravia
- Knightsbridge
- Chelsea
- South Kensington
Delivery routes may change depending on operational requirements.
We're Looking For Drivers Who:
- Have previous experience completing parcel or courier deliveries
- Are confident managing high-volume delivery routes
- Provide excellent customer service
- Can work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Are reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Are comfortable using delivery apps and handheld scanners
- Communicate professionally with customers and our operations team
Essential Criteria
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum two years' UK driving experience
- Previous multi-drop or parcel delivery experience
- Experience completing around 80+ deliveries per day
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS certificate required
- No unspent criminal convictions
- Able to pass our client's security and background checks
