Job description
Badgemaster is looking for a motivated, self-driven and organised individual to join our Doming team as a Doming Production Operative. This is an exciting, fast-paced role that requires someone that is target driven, confident, and self-motivated.
The right person should be able to cope under pressure, handle high volumes of work and be able to work using their own initiative. A flexible approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for applying the Polyurethane resin using the Demak machine to plastic name badges.
· Finishing the product ready for packing and dispatch.
· Able to achieve targets set by Manufacturing Manager/Production Supervisor.
· Able to communicate with other members of the Department effectively.
· Have a good basic understanding of Health and Safety guidelines.
· Have a commitment to producing a quality product.

· Must have a keen eye for detail.

Salary
£12.72ph
Working hours
36.5 hours per week
Rotational shift pattern on a permanent basis- WEEK 1- 1:45pm-9:45pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 12:45pm- 7:45pm. WEEK 2- 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6:00am - 1:00pm with two 15 minutes unpaid break each day.
