Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Teacher to lead our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality education. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing curriculum implementation, supporting teaching staff, and fostering an engaging and inclusive environment for our children.
Duties
- Lead and manage teaching staff to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
- Develop, review, and implement educational programmes that meet the needs of all our children.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching practices, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
- Organise staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to promote continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages engagement, behaviour, and well-being.
- Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to support children's progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee assessment processes, tracking childrens progress.
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
